Amanda Lybeck

FOUNDER, ARROW & LORE

I learned what good marketing looked like sitting in rooms where it was being made. Conference tables covered in inspiration clippings, branding directions pinned to walls, honest conversations with clients about where they wanted to go and what was getting in the way.

My first mentors put people and relationships at the center of everything, and used that as the starting point for understanding a brand and building around it. That stayed with me.

Eleven years later, that’s still how I work.

A LITTLE MORE

I hold an MFA in Creative Writing & Poetics.

My MFA shows up in how I write. It also shows up in how I think about strategy: curiously, a little sideways, and with less attachment to the usual playbook.

THE NAME

An arrow points forward with direction, purpose and clarity. Lore is the body of knowledge carried through time in our stories, wisdom, everything that’s been learned and passed on. Together they describe the direction and depth I bring to my approach. And yes, A&L are my initials, some things are just meant to fit.
